My auto account was sold to this company in Smyrna. I was hoping the original company wouldn't do it and the reason is very clear now.
I paid off my truck thru them and now they wont give me my title for another 30 days. They say that they have to make sure the check clears, I understand that the problem being the check has already cleared the bank and I have let them know that and they still refuse to give me MY title to MY truck.
The first payment I made to them after they got my account they said they never recieved the payment and was tryin to make me pay an extra 300.00 to them. I had to prove to them thru a lawyer that the payment was made and they took it out of my account. This company also has the rudest people working for them. On top of that they added 25 dollars to my very last payment for who knows what and then kept givin me the run around about how much was left to be paid on my truck.
It was not my choice to use this company and I hope that I never have to again. They will find every way in the world to get any extra money for no reason at all.
Horrible company policies and customer service and I will get my title but it looks like I am goin to have to take them to court to do it.
