On April I check my loan status to submit a payment online for Ocwen mortgage company. Well, after that wonderful experience I have been harrassed since that month as they have demanded monthly payments exceeding 5k. Please note I have an interest only loan with Ocwen.

My payments are $1229.00 while being current they have reported me as being late on payments placing me in a three month delinquiency. My attorney received the spreadsheet and bank statements showing early monthly payments that they squandered into escrow (keep in mind I DO NOT ESCROW).

This month they sent me a bill showing fees and miscellanious unfounded charges totalling 1.9k and in addition requesting 3k for escrow... Now lets try once AGAIN... I DO NOT ESCROW with them.

The collection calls run around 10 a day starting at 7 am through as late as 10 pm. Eastern time.

I only owe 198k and thanks to their reporting me delinquient I am unable to use Obama's refinance plan which serves those with 600 plus credit. Any ideas?
