In 5 two male hispanic employees smoked meth in the mens restroom at panda express in prescott valley
Female employee was exposed to fumes unknowingly and had to go to the hospital with a bronchial spasm. She thought her asthma allergies were just acting up when they had been in remission. She saw the two employees coming out of the bathroom together. The store manager asked about two months later what do you think is the problem with those two.By then it was obvious they were doing drugs and she told the manager what she thought. He did nothing about it.
Then a new cook was hired and sometimes people would show up and ask for him mostly hispanic males. He would go outside with them to his car and they would get in the car together sit for a while then he would come back inside to work. It was reavealed later he was selling drugs to employees and the people.
In 10 a new hispanic girl was working. One day in the same month the same girl as before who was exposed to meth fumes unknowingly saw one of the hispanic males who took drugs previously at work come out of the bathroom with the new female employee. Being naive the employee wasnt sure what they were doing and telling the manager did nothing the first time so she told the manager nothing.
Between 5 and 6 the hispanic employee who took the drugs attempted to lock the non drug taking employee female in the freezer. He shut her in the freezer for 2-5 minutes at a time and she thought it was a joke and wanted to be a part of the comraderie at work.in 11. First the male hispanic employee asked the female who he tried to lock in the freezer what would happen if someone was locked in the freezer overnight. The female employee had some medical knowledge from previous training as a medical assistant. She asked him who he was going to do that to he gave her a name of another male employee there saying like this uhhh, jack. She told him that he would die of hypothermia and he better not do it. Then about a week later the female hispanic employee asked the female employee the same thing
The female employee was scared after that and never entered the freezer again. She did tell the store manager and he just said if i tell him something he will just do something else. That same male employee and another hispanic male employee called her a bitch in spanish cabrona bendaha whenever she asked them to make food and they would also cook the food slow on purpose trying to make the customers get angry at her and some did.
The female hispanic employee eventually quit or was fired and one day she came in to buy lunch and told the female employee who she wanted to lock in the freezer that she and the hispanic male employee had smoked meth in the bathroom. The female employee connected her breathing problems with them smoking in the bathroom because she had to clean the bathroom the times she remembers them coming out of the bathroom together.
She told the manager and he didnt care about those two employees taking drugs in the bathroom. He just told the female employee to be nice to her since she was a customer now or his customer service rating will go down.
The hispanic drug taking male told another employee he was whipped because he was listening to the female employees job instructions when she was his supervisor. The druggie employee also called the work phone with his cell phone and hung up 6 times. The female employee *67 him and his phone started ringing he was at work at the same time. She told him to leave her alone but he just laughed cruelly. He did that because he knows she has to answer the phone because her daughter has type 1 diabetes and he knows that an emergency could happen.
Also the female employee had to clean the lobby at night and when the male hispanic employee druggie worked those nights too he and his girlfriend would put garbage and or uncooked vegetables on the floor. The female had to open the store in the morning and she would find a mess to clean up on the floor. The store manager one time put eggrolls dropped on the floor into the fryer saying the heat will kill the germs and served them to customers. Also the manager would let the food sit all day and get mad at any employee who tried to throw it away before it was sold.
The girlfriend of the hispanic employee worked there also and she was demeaning and rude. One time a customer complained about the food always being burnt and it was. So being the person in charge at the time the female employee gave him his food free. That was an acceptable practice. The girlfriend of the druggie employee had an enraged look on her face and said did you give that to him for free in an angry voice even though she was not the female employees supervisor. She then ran in the back to her boyfriend and proceeded to tell him. Then she had her friends and family go on the job complaint web site and make all kinds of false complaints about the female employee.
One day the doctor of diabetes called the female employee at work to get her daughters insulin doses to know how many bottles to prescribe her. The female employee was on the phone for 7 minutes she timed it because she knew the store manager. He yelled at her when she got off the phone and told her you were on the phone for 15 minutes thats not right. She tried to explained that her daughters doctor called and the manager yelled at her. She was crying and she called him a jerk and she called the regional director he said he would take care of it. Two weeks later the regional director comes to the job site and tells the female employee that she can never use the phone anymore. When the employee got hired the store manager told her she could use the phone any time and the part in the employee manual about no personal phone use did not apply to her. After being told she could not use the phone she was told by another employee that he could use the phone just dont do it in front of her by the manage
