This has gone on for 8 months now! The individual’s name is Ying Liu 10266 Globe Dr. Account # 84 9000 9644000736 07. Under that is my exact address (above). The Verizon billing return address Area is listed as VERIZON COMMUNICATIONS PO. Box 9688 mission hills ca, 91346-9688. Please remove my address from this bill now!
