The 2/16/09 Hannah Montana is morally repugnant! In a world where girls intentionally flunk math and science so boys will like them, why would you air a show whose main character intentionally fails so a guy will be her friend?
Oliver feels threatened by Miley's success, so you have her intentionally fail so he would remain her friend. Not only are you teaching children to reach foir mediocrity, but this message is especially bad for girls.
Pull this episode. Miley or Lily should have talked sense into Oliver about wanting your friends to succeed, if you are a real friend. The writers should have had Oliver stand up and be a man, not some wimp who can't take the pressure. Failure should not be pushed through peer pressure.
Disney, you got nerve.
