Having come from New York City, I thought I'd seen it all, until I needed some Air Conditioning Repair in the middle of the summer here in Tucson, when my AC broke down. I was desparate, and so I ended up having these fools comes to my home because I couldn't get anyone else immediately.
They diagnosed the problem, then told me the part to fix it was $500, unless I took out a Service Contract, then the price would drop down to $199.
It was the middle of the summer and I had no choice but to buy a Service Contract.
On top of that the Serviceman was a Racist who kept telling me how he would kill his daughters if she ever dated one of those. (My wife is an African American).
Because I have the Service Contract, they come here twice a year for serving and manage to f* me every time, charging outrageous prices.
These people should rot in hell.
