As you would know... If you responded to any of my 63 emails, or answered any of my phone calls (over 100 hours on hold)... Your company sent me a damaged curio cabinet. My total order was over $2000.00. Your company has done NOTHING to help me with my damaged item. I have never spoken to a real person, and have received one reply email which did not resolve my issue. I have a broken curio in my dining room, and I am out over $2000.00. Your company is fraudulent, thieving, and down right criminal. I sincerely hope word of mouth spreads like a disease and Mercantila goes under faster than the Titanic!
