This is another report on a company scamming people by the hundreds. The name of the comapny is Timeshare Rescue out of Denver, Co. My wife and myself were taken in by this company in Feb. 2008. As I recall, we got a mailing from this company that invited us to a hotel in our area. They would give us a 25 dollar check just to attend. Sadly, we fell for it. The bottom line is... They relieved us of nearly 3 thousand dollars to take our timeshare off our hands. The two young men who took care of business seemed like very honest forthright people. We called and wrote and emailed this company for many months and got no satisfaction from them. Finally, after nearly a year and a half, they told us there was a mistake on our original deed and they couldn't transfer it. To this day, we are not sure just what is going on with them. We have done everything we can think of. We did get word from a gentleman who lives in New York state that he had bought our timeshare on E Bay. Then we contacted the timeshare company we had bought our timeshare from and they seemed to not be sure just what is or was going on. I agree with other reports I have read. This comapny needs to be fined and put out of business.
