These people are taking people at a bad time of the short fall in this country.
I signed up only for 2.97 that was the agreement three dadys later they charged my unemployment card for $75 that i did not authorized. Im a aunt that is taking care of my sisters children that died from cancer, in not working so every money needs to be used with caution, tring go further my llife to better for myself and the kids this is not acceptable. When you call the customer service number 1-877-204-4704 you will nt get anyone on the line. I was on hold for two hours NOW THATS CRAZY but i need my money. NOW!!! IT DOES NOT SAY ON THE SITE, that you will be chagred additional money on your card this is a fraud. I did not find out til today when you try to email and get no response. This has hurt me badly and there needs to be some thing done!!!
