I never received the product and was charged $91.49

I order the product on July 8 via credit card. I never received the product or conformation of purchase. Totally forgot about the purchase. On August 17 I received a credit card billing for the initial purchase price of $2.49, plus a additional charge for $89.00 making a total of $91.49 due. I contacted Pure Essentials via phone and told them that I had never received the product, but was charged for it anyway, by this time I am very upset and did not want their product. They said no problem, they would refund the $91.49 via my citi card account. I have not received a refund. Sincerely, James O. Lewis
