Operator Joseph Guillory, #4057 sold me a "training package" for $2.95 - I used my debit card - and I was informed there would be recurring after the 7-day "trial."
After several attempts, I was not able to use the web site to upload my photo nor my "biography." After several calls, operator John tried to assist me to change the pixel size of my photo and his supervisor told him that I needed to change the photo to black and white. I happened to get John again today, and he said the color to black and white change made no sense to him, either.
I cancelled today after reading the complaint although I could have used the income for mystery shopping - something that has indeed provided income to me in the past through other companies. I just could not work with the non-user-friendly web site. They may be legitimate; I simply don't know.
My debit card will be credited in "7 - 10 days" so I guess they make money on the float. A cancellation number was provided and we'll see what happens with the credit to the debit card.
