All talk until you pay your nonreturnable deposit.
Then items are lost with just a shrug of the shoulders.
I lost two large moxes worth over $2000 and also they over charge me $2000 AFTER getting all my items on their van and demand payment up front in CASH or BANK DRAFT.

Beware!!!
