1 mins before I'm really dissatisfied by seatwaveis support, I believe is disgraceful. I purchased 3 beyonce seats for mon 16th of nov about the 27th september for £45 each. I received a contact, conforming my purchase. Four days later I received a contact stating my purchase have been terminated because of 'incorret detailing' which so far as I'm conscious is 'deals explanation work'. I like a customer possess a to buy tickets for that cost these were initially offered at, if the cost has improved after. The termination is not the only real issue. I named many times between your 16th november and 27th jul and also the client providers explained the same. They kept showing me I had been to become placed on book for substitutes and they cannot do much. Our cash occured for a few months and that I didnt receive a reimbursement staright away, which deprived me from purchasing new seats. I had been advised I had been being offered by leonardo who's used-to resolve lots of different individuals instances. I havent received my reimbursement however and so I am waiting and that I don't think seatwave attempted, actually in my opinion seatwave resold my seats to get a greater cost, the idea make me feel ill. I have documented seatwave to watchdog simply because they guarantee substitutes under their TicketIntegrity (TM) plan. They're a organization.
