Fios Bill Higher Than Quoted Every Month, Hour Spent With Support

I signed up for Fios about 4 months ago, each month my bill has been higher than I was quoted when I signed up, each month I've had to contact a customer service rep. (spent at least an hour on the phone regarding service/billing issues).
