Retuned the cigarette and told them to cancel and not to send anything else but they keep sending refills for it

I sent the cigarette back the next day and emailed them to cancel my order. But they i still sending the replacement filters. They are still taking this out of my banking account. I have e-mailed and called and no person to talk with.
Please help me
