Fairpoint Communications is the WORST!

1. I purchased DSL online sites 14 days before. I had been advised to anticipate the device within the email within 1 week. I named Fairpoint nowadays since I've not acquired it nonetheless. It's not going to take any new support purchases for my bill. Yes, it's accessible, but no we can not possess the support simply because they cannot approach the purchase. Why-don't they wander it through their program and provide us the support that's contained in our "pack."
