My husband went through this mess! I went to Innovative Car Audio to purchase new speakers for my car. I purchased (2) Alpine 6 1/2" component speakers w / tweeters for my front doors and (2) Alpine 5 1/4"coaxial speakers for my rear doors and also had them install a sub wolfer and speaker boxin my trunk. The sales person told me this was a great set up and would sound very nicein my car. When the installation was complete the speakers sounded worse than my stockspeakers I had before. The installer admitted they sounded worse as did the storemanager. If I was told that there was any chance that my speakers would sound worseafter spending over $700.00 I would have not made the purchase. I even paid anadditional $48.00 for extra labor because they sold me the wrong size speakers for thefront doors so they had to cut my door to make the speakers fit. When I went back to the store to tell them I was unhappy they agreed that the speakerssounded worse and they understood why I was upset and it was their fault. They in turntold me I would have to buy another amplifier and pay for installation which would totaland additional $340.00 on top of what I already paid and that it still might not fix theproblem. If that didn't work I would have to purchase a whole new stereo which wouldadd an additional $500.00 on top of the additional $340.00 for the amplifie
