College students came to the door selling magazines, saying the sales would help pay for their studies. I bought a subscription of "Zoobooks". I was to pay half that day, and got a pink receipt with all of the company info on it. I was to send the other half in two weeks and wait a period of time for the subscription to start. I did so. I NEVER received not ONE magazine. I called 305-957-8303, which was a recording that gave another number: 877-746-5914. Which was another recording MOST of the time, even though the recording stated that the business hours were from 12pm to 4pm, no one hardly ever answered. They just left the recording on. A few times I did get a very rude human who assured me I would be getting my magazines there was just a delay. After waiting and trying again to get through finally did and stated I had waited long enough and I wanted a refund. I was rudely told to send it in writing, which I did on two occasions and never got a dime back. Ieven filed a report with the Attorney Generals office, and wrote them a letter telling them what I was doing. Guess what... Did not hear a word from the company or the attorney General... Alot of help huh? This happened in early and I persued them for over a year with no satisfaction.
