This site (Global Paranormal Network) is a paranormal site for those who "ghost hunt" and they are powered by a social network message board called the "Ning" network, a free service to all who want to create a social site of like minded individuals. This site has been created by "Chuck Manning" and seemed to start off to a good start but soon turned into what seems to be a pyramid scheme with the creation of a board of directors, (LOL) with everyone who joined the site recievivng a "vote" on bi-laws passed for this site, a raffle was held for equipment give aways that never have happened, donations were asked for to maintain the site and the site is FREE, then as a couple of months went by and Chuck was selling his ideas to mostly new 'paranormal" people he began to accumulate a good amout of people as members. Then about a month ago he changed the rules, the "vote" on the board to keep you there would now be 12.
