On May 1st my aid, Madeline informed me that the laundry dryers were not drying at Union Station Apartments. They still left the clothes wet after several cycles of quarters into the dryers. My aid had to dry them in my apartment. Madeline first spoke to Union Station Apartments manager Cheserae Autry after she informed me of the problem. Subsequently the following week my daughter Nancy and I spoke to manager Cheserae Autry as well. At that time, manager Cheserae Autry requested and received in writing a full accounting of lost quarters for $60.50. Manager Cheserae Autry accepted the amount and promised me that I would expect a full refund of $60.50 either in cash or in check. There were witnesses to this agreement at the time. They were sales associates that worked in the same office. They were able to hear the entire conversation. The sales associates names are Nancy Boyd and Ciara Roberts. I waited about a month and manager Cheserae Autry informed me there were no records of any agreements or transactions. Nevertheless, she insisted she would still give me my refund as promised. About a month later in the middle of August, I later discovered that manager Stacey replaced manager Cheserae Autry. Stacey informed me that she also had no records of any written agreement and no idea what I was talking about. Stacey later told me she received a telephone call from a consumer agency and claimed she had no idea what they were referring to. Stacey then claimed that she was going to give me the full refund of $60.50 in cash or check as originally promised. I am writnig your office because Stacey still has not given me what I was promised. I will not accept any other form of compensation and nothing less. I am afraid that Stacey made do the same thing that former manager Cheserae Autry did and dismiss the entire matter. They are all liars. Don't trust them. They rip people off.
