Consumer Effects International - Stacey Larson not true to her word, backs out of binding agreements

I was in negotiations for an online transaction with Stacey Larson, President of Consumer Effects, International. Constant contact through emails with her for weeks. We came to a mutual agreement, and she pulled out after she agreed to the transaction. She never responded to any emails after that.

Presidents of companies are known for brainstorming, thinking outside the box, and finding ways to make things work. Stacey has displayed ignorance, closed mindedness, and straight up gives bullshit reasons to back out of agreements. I would hate to imagine how she can runs a company.
