I ordered the completed DVD box set of One Tree Hill on 11/2. My charge card was charged $101.97 and I have yet to receive this order. I have a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau and I have contacted my lawyers. I would really like to have my credit card refunded the amount of $101.97 as soon as possible so this will go away.
