Wsn rewards
Did not send entire order, nor will they refund my shipping costs

I ordered 3 items from wsn rewards and only received 1 that broke immediately. I have still to receive the other 2 items (which will be 1 year exactly), nor have i received a refund for my shipping costs (which were expensive). I have written numerous times to the company and have been assured that my "check was in the mail". Nothing so far.
