I had received pre-recorded commercial telemarketing calls on both of my home phone lines and my cell phone. All 3 phone lines are on the National Do Not Call Registry (and have been for years). The third time I got the call (this time, on my cell phone), I decided to answer their questions and see if they'd call me back with a live person. Today, I got that call.
It was Kevin James from Vacation Getaways (407-390-0720). I interrupted him to get him to confirm his name and the company he was calling from. Once I got that, I informed him he was in violation of Federal FCC Laws. He said some extremely nasty things, then hung up. That made it clear that he was very well aware that he was violating the law and he obviously wasn't happy that I knew it too.
I have filed form 1088G with the FCC and encourage the rest of you who have had experiences with this person to do the same. We need to stop these SCAM ARTISTS!
Oh... He may also claim he's with Global Travel Group... Seems that is another company name he's used in the past.
Either way... Do not believe a word he says... He will not give you a free trip.
