Father shares joint custody of son and daughter both under 14 years old. They are currently living overseas temporarily. Their passports expired in February and they cannot be renewed without his signature. Mother has tried to renew passports but the consulate will not process paperwork with his signature. He has not contacted the children or paid child support in almost two years. Home phone not working... No known current address.
