I had my transplant done on 05/3/96. I followed the directions and did my followups. I kept complaining about the poor results, I was told to wait it will fill in. I have not had one person suspect that I had a transplant, why would they it doesn't look like I had anything done. I have sent letters to customer service and at first someone did call and told me to send him pictures. After I sent the pictures, MHR never called again and I have sent two letter since. They will not respond. If fact one of their sales persons called me to offer me more grafts at a discount. I told her you have to be kidding and told her my bad experience. She stated someone will call be back in 24 hours in regards to my complaints. Guess what? No one called me Does that surprise anyone. MHR is a rip off Dont waste your money They make promises and do not keep them
