"Guaranteed" really isn't

Any company that delivers UPS - be careful simply because they possess a sly new plan regarding assured delivery times. We'd a person who required 2-day shipment with Saturday delivery. We applied UPS Internet Delivery to create the tag and got a the bundle was "assured" for shipping Sunday by 4:30pm. You are able to speculate it did not create it, alternatively coming on Tuesday. At that time it had been too late and also the client declined the bundle.

Therefore we called advantages to obtain a return. They declined stating that their "assured" support was not guaranteed since the container had additional handling (which we taken care of) onto it. Notice, it wasn't obese or higher advantages dimension restriction, simply an unusually shaped container. NOWHERE on the delivery website does it state the promise is emptiness for additional handling containers! The actual kicker along with declining to reimbursement and sometimes even limit the two evening and further Sunday cost is they billed us $40 ADDITIONAL to ship the container back

I went around in groups through customer support, payment, supervisors, etc. All were polite enough, but declined to move. They stated this can be a "fresh plan" applied earlier this spring. This can be a shady and selfish method of conducting business - prevent advantages!
