While job hunting I found their ad on careerbuilder.com. Their ad stated that they needed customer service reps and were hiring immediately.
I sent in my resume and with in an hour recieved an email (actual email below)

Then the next day I got a phone call about setting up an interview for the following day. The person that called to set it up said that I would be getting an email shortly with directions, as well as job details. (actual 2nd email below)

I did some research, googled the name, it pulled usacomplaints.com.
I called MK and asked them about it, they responded by saying that the report before mine was some upset 19 yr old kid who was mad about the office being too small...
I also asked them about their website and how it lacked information, they stated that it was under construction.
I asked them to go into detail about the services they offer. Tammy (HR Rep) then told me that they have several large name accounts ie Sam's club, Home Depo, and a few others, that they would go to and offer packages to their customers, like spa vacations at Sam's Club, and home remodeling gift certificates to the customers of Home Depo.
This company is nothing more then a phishing scam. They pose as a company that would be great to work for but are nothing more then " The Boiler Room"
They also have offered IT, help desk, CSR, admin assistance, and a few more. It is a complete bait and switch. They are nothing more then pedaling crap to people.
I am a 25yr old single mom. I told them that I needed more then just commission, something reliable to support myself and my son, they responded by saying you'll be making so much money, it wouldn't matter!!!
