I have now been offered membership in The Secret Society - for the second time. The offers are about a year apart, so I am wondering what has extended my "magical" cycle 2 of my life. Both times I mailed in for the 56 page, part 1 of 2 offerings, and received the book, The Greatest Kept Secret of All Time.
The first time there wasn't too much about it being free, but when I didn't initially respond, I got another offer. This one came with a letter about 12 pages long, from the same person. It also said that I could get free, the 56 page book. It really made it sound like you were going to get the BIG book free. I responded, with no money, and received the little book, which is also called "Installment Number One of Two - The Secret Society Orientation Book".
So I receive the 56 page book, with the billing letter, on a Monday. If I really want to join then I MUST remit the $139.95 by that Friday, or I will miss out forever on this great opportunity because I will be out of this magical cycle 2 of my life by then. I decided not to bite, though I did read their little booklet.
Probably a month to 6 weeks later I received an email from the "A-Team coordinator for the San Antonio chapter of SOS (Society of Secrets)" inviting me to a meeting of the "A-Team" at his home. Part of that is below:

month. If you notice this is 3000 year old knowledge - it some how got 700 years older since I received my first invite. This email came on 11/11, the meeting is 11/15, and I already had plans. I emailed back and told him that, and was invited to the December meeting. When I "forgot", I received an email that he had missed me. I told him some other time.
That was the last I heard of The Secret Society until about 2 weeks ago I received my second invitation - once again telling me I am just into this "magical cycle 2" of my life, so I need to be sure and join.
Then, today, I found this site, and now know for sure I am glad I didn't spend any money with these folks. I just don't understand how these folks can go on operating - they have got to breaking some laws. It is pretty obvious from this blog that there are even some folks that have spent the money but never received a refund???
