The cell phone that i received has a short or some problem with it ever since i received it and i can not use it. I have had surgery & now my husband has to have surgery and I have not had the time to get this taken care of. Please help!

Cell phone has a short in it & has not been reliable since I have received it. I have been sick and didn't notice it at first since then i have babied it. Then i've had surgery and my wound did not heal and still isn't I am going to the doc every few days for it that is why it has taken me this long to reply to this problem.
