My mom has been with juniper for several years on a very limited income, ny mom has never missed a house payment or any credit card payment, nothing is ever late, recently though she realized she missed the 12/12 payment due on her juniper card, she paid it today 12/13/8, they charged her $39.00 which put her 3.00 over her credit line now they are going to charge her $39.00 additional payment because she is now over her credit line, sounds like a bait and switch, and when you called them, they could care less, one of the CSR's (and I use that term loosely) told me to call Tom Frosnia as he runs the place...
