I took this company up on an offer for a tooth whitening system on a trial basis. I did not know they were going to give my credit card number to other companies which they did and I had to call each of these companies and cancel subscriptions that I did not knowingly subscribe to.
I was told I should have read thier company terms and agreement which I was not instructed to do so in the advertisement. I got a hard time from the representatives of each company I called to cancel. Ivory white, same company different name??? Axiswellnessportal, Info freecreditreport, and some webaccess portal this company was using. "Scary HuH".
I stated that I was going to report these companies to my state Attorney General office and they stated then that they would reimburse my credit card for the charges. $88.97, $9.99, $3.24, $14.95. All this because I ordered their trial size whitening system for the cost of their postage to send it.
I canceled may credit card and got a new one causing me alot of going back to establish the new credit card number with my utilities, phone, banking and investment institutions all with honest, upright and straight forward business practices and polite and friendly people.
As the saying goes "Buyer Beware" REALLY BEWARE. Thank you.
