Upon leaving k&b transportation back in early 07 i got a real surprise. After freezing my a*# off for over 48hrs in chicago because truck wouldnt idle except for tri pack and it was froze up. I pleaded to have it fixed or be put in a motel room to no avail. Was forced to deliver load and stay in truck at 6 below zero. This is unexaptable! So i was forced to chatter my teeth and keep on. Could u sleep?
Drove illeagaly due to lack of sleep back to terminal i unloaded my stuff in a local motel and called to tell them see ya. Was cussed out so i took truck, bobtail, to yard and went upstairs. Asked wich a-hole in there cussed me on the phone. Physicaly threw keys on desk and left before the local greenhorn police showed up. I now can no longer seek employment with any dak related company. Dak is just a legal form of slander.
K&b put on there i quit under a load, gave no notice (not required in good ol usa), and had preventable accident, once again wheres the police report and its not on my mvr. Cause it never happend! This was all untrue and im still suffering because big companies look at dak and dont care wat you have to say. Lets sue these no good pricks and get back what they took!
