Howard Brock and Ashley Carman are Scam Artist. Do not buy any magazines from a company by the names of Top Sales, Southern Circulation or C&S Sales. Check your BBB if Ashley Carman shows up at your door.
These people have ripped off my parents and neighbors of my parents. I am sure that Mr. Howard Brock's wife Juanita and his daughter Vicki are living well off of others. Mr. Brock is scamming off of people to keep him and his family living high on the hog.
Mr. Brock, how can you sleep sound at night knowing you have sent young individuals out to do your dirty work? These young individuals come to your door selling magazines and they have been told that they collect points to receive trips, etc. It's a scam people!
You will never receive you magazines and you will never see that money again. My parents ordered magazines in March and they still have not seen them They have tried to contact this scum of the earth and still have not heard back from this bogus company. And yes, his associate is just as bad. Ms. Ashley Carman, you are just as much scum as this man.

Most recent company name they are using is Top Sales and the address is 2336 Vilaret Dr. Huntsville, Alabama 35803. They have also used this address for C&S Sales as well. Here is the phone number 256-882-1541. Do not attempt to call 256-233-3838. You will never be able to get anyone on the phone and they do not return calls They just want your money.
If you look them up on the BBB, you will notice all of the complaints and that at one point the name of the company was Southern Circulation and Mr. Brock's wife, Juanita, was listed as the owner Guess he has her doing the dirty rip off work also. Stand by your man huh?

She has a couple of numbers that you would be able to call.in the phone book I found 256-585-1501 and on the internet I found 256-270-7651. Feel free to call her as well.
