I have heard about so many people who lost money to the southern circulation people. I purchased magazines in November. I started getting worried in February. I tried contacting people and I received no response. Then all of a sudden I find Howard Brocks number who assures me that I will receive my magazines soon. It is now April almost may and I still don't have what I paid for. The check was cashed immediately in November. I don't understand what is going on. I here talk of others getting refunds.
If this is true, is it only because they made a lot of noise about it. I was trying to be nice. I just want my magazines or I need a refund. Could someone please tell me how to get a refund out of these people who will not contact me back.
