Please consider this a "Consumer Alert!" Consumers sometimes have to do what Consumers have to do to get what they WANTED and PAID for in the 1st place. It is really SAD a Consumer has to be put in that position, but it can happen. REMEMBER: The Internet is a #1 Resource for checking out any business! As a former Boss customer, we WERE NEVER TREATED with any Christian kindness or understanding from Boss, Kimberlin or Kizer! Instead, we were either screamed at or threatened by both Kimberlin and Kizer. The mention of Christianity and "scumbags, scammers, rip off artist and "scum-bags like this" in the same article as per the article: "Rip-offs EXPOSED By BOSS Resurfacing" (here on the internet) should be of MAJOR concern! Our problems (all 20 of them) were NEVER taken care of by Boss. Our 50% down payment was RETURNED to us by our Credit Card Company and there was a reason for that! At the end of the day for us, I will quote from their "Rip-offs EXPOSED By BOSS Resurfacing" article: "meantime this customer is left without the product and services that they thought they had paid for!
Sidenote: It costs us more than the Boss original contract of over $8000.00 to have their mess removed, so we were hardly trying "to get something for free" as we were often accused by both Kim and Keith Kimberlin.

Our salesman told us that Kim Kizer is Kenneth Kizer's sister, who is Keith Kimberlin's general manager and/or partner in business-Boss Resurfacing and Kim is also Keith Kimberlin's wife.
I have to speak out. I deleted every review I made on this internet that I could (The complaint would not delete) because I wanted to forgive the situation and go forward. But the Christian references being made in the Boss blog, pushes one too many buttons for this Boss Ripped Off Consumer.
