I had no broken dishes, glass items, pictures or mirrors. They once again gave me the company phone number and said if as I unpacked and found something broken to give them a call and they would be happy to help to me get it replaced. So I signed the delivery form and these guys thanked us not once, but twice for using their service.
This was definitely better of the two experiences we had with movers. They let us know that they appreciated our business and hoped that we would use them again. All of the people that we came in contact with from ORI Van Lines were friendly, cooperative and seemed genuinely thankful for our business.
If you are thinking of moving, I would say definitely give this company a call. If they treat all their customers as we were treated, they are truly first class.
