Charged me credit card $119.99 Dollars for membership that I had canceled 8 years ago and will not refund the whole amount

I have not received a renewal notice in 8 years but they charged my credit card from $89.00 each year to a new high of $119.99 this year. For a membership I never used... And will not refund the $119.99 for this year. Reported 15 days after the charge...
