Scammed me out of $500 of gas certificates by saying they declared bankruptcy

I was given a certificate to redeem for $500 of ClaimYourGas vouchers when I purchased on overly inflated priced air cleaner from a vacuum cleaner company, namely Vacuum Express of Fargo, ND.
