Well, this is coming from a renter.
We moved from upnorth last summer, we came down actually a few weeks prior to securing the house but we wanted to check it out so we made arrangements to come down to speak with them and they told us they would be available.
However when we got there there was noone answering the phones or anyone they would send out to meet us at the home we wanted to rent to do a quick walk through make sure it was good to go and check out the neighbor hood.

So they never met up with us, we had to fly back to get the rest of our affairs in order since it was a pretty big move... We finally get a call back saying we can schedule a time, but we wont be able be back in AZ for another month and they sent us updated photos of the house so we chose to go with it since the other ones had an abundance of offers and interest.

We get down there and everything looks fine. Move our stuff in, turn on the electricity, water and other utilities.
We discovered a few things they didnt mention;
The air conditioning unit was rotted and not working, the ductwork was garbage nothing came out of the vents and it being a vacant house sitting there had to have been sweltering from being so congested and stuffed of heat.
Broken glass inside and outside on the large back sliding door.

Most of the bedroom doors werent installed properly, they wouldnt even close.
The two showers in the home had horrible piping, no water would come out and it leaked through the rest of the plumbing.
Bad wiring on some of the outlets where they werent even properly grounded or receiving any sort of electrical current.

God forbid we actually wanted to get these repaired as they seemed like something can be easily remedied.
WELL Not so much with Bennett.
Geez... Its worse than pulling teeth; oh we will think about it, oh we gotta get X persons approval, oh thats the way it should be, oh it happens, oh yeah we dont think its a problem, x excuse after another. Really irritating.

Okay its real estate so theyre not the brightest bunch, but you need to take care of your customers, why they dont have over the weekend support? I dont know.
It seems like commonsense in arizona that an Air Conditioning unit should always be working and priority number one, considering the front of our house faces the sun all day.
They send out very lazy and incompetent "technicians" who not only made a huge mess inour place but totally screwed up the ductwork, and other ventilation. So it only pours out of one vent.

When it should be set up equally across the vents.
They tried to fix it a second time but ended up not getting it right again, we called them and they gave us phony excuses that it was our fault even though theres not much we can do to make it break other than set it and not touch it... Thats about it. The units they install run up our bill consecutively month after month.
We suggested they install a much more energy efficient and less wear on the bill Air Conditioning unit.

They didnt even care about the broken glass.
Kind of frightening to know someone tried to break in or did.
It was scattered all out of our back porch.
And they probably assumed it was a touching piece of nice decor.

They also penalize us for their mistakes.
We send them our monthly bill every month, yet for 3 straight months they charged us over $100 in fees for "late payment"
funny story about that, we checked our bank, we verified the checks were valid, the day and time of writing them and depositing them... It appears in th emidst of cashing in and scamming people out of money they forget how to cash checks and enter that into their system.
Oh wait, no silly me... They just wanted an extra couple bucks.

Its just so exhausting with the company.
Why should anything be this complicated with renting a home?

I wish we had better funds to get out of here. I cant wait till our lease up to see that struggle of getting our deposit back and GTFO of here.

The one person we deal with is really lazy, i think her name is Sandy? Not sure.
Could be a false name.
But she is just clueless when it comes to dealing with problems and getting them fixed.
They need to learn how to contract better companies to fix it once and neve rhave an issue again.

Its funny they tell me they can never reach me... Well I gave you my cell phone number, no calls bud!
I gave you my email address... Nope nothing.
YOU HAVE MY ADDRESS... Did you come by? No! Did you write a letter? NO!

You have all this stuff... But the only thing you know how to do is charge me extra money... Oh that gets to my house... And may I add rather swiftly.
The day of our monthly bill to these scam artists... Right after 1Pm i believe it was some mysterious guy in a white car pulls up leaves a little note by Bennett to pay up or be charged extra.
So when I called them they acted all confused why we got that when they finally admitted they actually had the money and processed it.

Hm...

Yeah, too bad for us we get little help from anyone, so these fly by night businesses can continue to capitalize on people.
