Lately we become the latest victime of MerchantOne and their fradulant activities.
In July they dufaulted our business relationship by withdrawing monies from our account without our acknowlagement or permission, and for the past 6 months they have failed to give us our monthly statements.
We signed up for an account with them in 2008 and were told that there were no contracts or cancellation fees associated with our account. This is also posted on our personalized quot for our account.
After many phone calls to MerchantOne and many lies from their customer service and refusal to return call after promising they would, after failing to provide us with our personal account representative as outlined in out agreement, we have held them in default and canceled our contract for their non performance.
Now we are receiving calls from a guy named Jason there at MerchantOne saying that we owe them monies for the account cancellation.
