I moved into a building owned by this individual under a sub lease contract. I have been here physically 3 weeks. Upon moving in, there were issues I found with mold and the water being present. I brought it to the owner's (staff) attention and have been horrifically harassed since. I have been illegally evicted, but through legal action have resumed occupancy. Owner representatives say they had no knowledge I lived here and will do anything necessary to get me out. They refuse to go through court system because they are completely in the wrong and believe they can strong arm people with fear to move. Not one employee I have spoken with will give their last name or tell me who owns the company. I did a search through property titles to find the information out. They have no websites except free ones that do not require personal information. If anyone is familiar with the illegal patterns this company is involved in regarding tenant/landlord issues, please respond.
