ECPLAZA.net is a B2B website that connects importers and exporters around the world. (mostly chinese).
What's different about ECPLAZA.net is that they verify the sellers' business license, products and the success rate and give the companies a fancy logo - either YES BEST or YES TRUST.- meaning companies with these logos are certified as business proprietor by china's state administration for industry and commerce. Sounds pretty convincing doesnt it?
Of course this little logo gives a lot of skeptical buyers the feeling that ECPLAZA.net is vouching for these sellers, claiming that they're proved to be legitimate companies... Or at least that's what the claim.
I dealt with this company called Global Electrade (http://globalelectrade. En. Ecplaza.net), which is a gold member, YES BEST company. I exchanged dozens of emails with this company and also contacted ECPLAZA.net to see if there had been any complaints or dispute filed against them and there wasn't.
The day after i made the payment. Poof. They were gone. Disappeared.
No communication whatsoever.
I filed a dispute with ECPLAZA.net, since they were the ones that gave these scammers the ok and verified them as a legit company.
What do they say?
"we will check with the company but we cannot force or press them to do anything, such as sending you the product or issuing a refund. The best we can do is to shut down their website, upon confirming that it was a scam"
yeah. Whatever.
Their website is still running like usual. And i'm sending emails to both of them everyday. But it's been a month and still nothing...
Be aware! Do not do business with these a*holes.
They're just another online scam.
