This company is totally run under the radar? Little time given to real life situations, just show me the money?
They were in a recent buy out. A huge leveraged financial loan thats now due
Bankruptcy nearly twice? Plants run on a shoe string? An old one at that?
What else? When employees are injured, not much time spent, resources on safety? Instead a flurry of subterfuge styled emails regarding making injured fully aware of fraud claims? Get them on their feet, keep um uncomfortable and worried about their job? I never have had this situation, but all indication from certain other supervisory individuals clearly show this purpose? Question marks are to possibly suggest only, not verify anything in this whole statement, if it is one? Does Nepotism rule in that people run departments based on who they know, while untrained in as simple as OSHA safety standards? In fact they may be refused or not be allowed to spend on the clock dollars to verify good policy is being achieved?
Pressure is more brought to bear on production and cost, nothing much else?
Maintenance on crucial water quality pkg is bare bones? With skilled positions purposely unfilled to save a buck? What does their ad suggest? There is a good blog on this whole issue? Source is confidential as this corporate entity cannot promote good open dialogue? Where is the website on company page, encouraging an honest, open speak? Yes? And maintain current status quo (sav-A-buk)? Plant managers are purposely disconnected from their corporate counter parts? This means what? By the book, on the surface, they chat, but in reality, its dog eat dog, whom ever has best budget, lowest labor cost,? Water safety is everything? Who would presume to foster this disconnection between responsible food safety managers? Empowerment? Not here? Not a single thing on Obama either? Bush got rave reviews? But corporate silence on this good president? Their fleet was fined for polluting, negative inspections, lack of maintenance, and in a state that mandates this above all else? (ca) 2008? Understand transportation mgr in CA replaced, new mgr has tough road ahead? No money, old trucks, little else
What is believable about all this? Advertising says what? We are the clean alternative,? Green company? Ha!!!? They refuse to consider real alternatives to possible poison building plastic bottles? Current science is totally unsure of toxins in blood and flesh,? Too cheap to buy, alternate source is there? Ignored? They apparently will spy on employees, with some type of secret camera system in cabs. No one can openly tell anyone what they want to know about mechanism? Why not? And we still ask, Supervisors have been threatened with job loss or demotion if found to say? This thing apparently flashes on and off, taking pictures, recording your chat, big brother? Bush era lives on? Route workers you see tell of how no one was asked, no meetings, arbitrary and capricious at best? Take or leave it?
Temporary employees are put in charge of sanitation and food safety? They are sometimes the homeless? Unshaven? And with rags on? (~nothing implied~)
Under the radar, what it might mean is that, know one knows why, how or what the heck is being done? Well, after some bits of research, money wise, this company is in huge debt? With a due payment now? 180mil from what we can tell?
Credit rating is lackluster, majority old trucks, plants mostly leased? Supposedly have some cash on hand,? Supposedly? If have own life purpose in mind, do business with the smaller guy. Have been at meetings where they do talk openly of crushing these so called pesky competitors? Do what ever, force that USA mom and pop company to belly up or sell? Why? My mother and father owned and operated gas stations, we were self supporting, Another waste management is already here? Many areas already too late, if you still have a choice, please consider more than this worst case scenario. Where the competition is gone, rates are mandated on you, like that? Is that happening? Pity more later
