I just wanted you to know how I felt about your service. I would never refer you to anyone cause the service I have received in the short time I have had you really makes me so upset. I understand that dealing with people all day can be trying, I have worked with the public for over 30 years, but never would I treat someone the way your people have. Customer Service is a very important SKILL and maybe you and your people need to brush up on the training. It takes certain people to run a good company, and after all the employees are only as good as they are trained by their superiors. But after all if you can't take time for your customers, I don't think you would take time for your employees either.
