Extra space storage has been charging its customrers for air conditoning even when the ac is not working. One extra space manager in florida where i store, was fired because he confronted the company after 6 months of warning that the ac was not working. Customer must be notified when the ac is not working. This kind of corporate crimes should be investigated.
