Aslamy & Assoc. Attorney's at Law did not properly represent me in my legal matters. The Attorney had paralegals doing paperwork and filing without my review of filings. Made false unessessary motions to the court resulting in additional cost to the respondent. After Zubair Aslamy and his paralegals filed these motions they got a denial do to the wrong motions being filed causing additional cost of $10,000.00 to me. They also said if I wanted them to represent me regarding the appeal it would cost an additional $24,000.00. I pain this attorney, like clock work on time every other Friday when I got paid, $ 500.00 every two weeks totaling over $17,000.00 of which they did nothing but collect my payments and ignored my best interest, thus resulting in thousands of dollars in extra cost. This attorney still to date bills me after I already paid him $17,000.00 for legal services for over $10,000.00 additional over and above the $17,000.00 trying to force me to pay him for his mistakes and violations of his duty as an attorney. Beware of this individual, he acts like he is working for you, when he has his Paralegals filing wrong documents, and charging you for their mistakes, and extra time. I have been trying to get my attorney fees back from this individual to no avail. When your case goes wrong, they don't fix it or file any additional paperwork, they just charge you more. I have lost over $17,000.00 to this so called lawyer, this is what I call theft, to take something from someone, and not get anything in return.
