My husband worked in the construction business and when the company closed up he worked for we lost the highest earner income. I called on my Account Secure Plus sent over all information by fax then mailed hard copies. This started in August. I got told never got the information even though had conformation on fax's. I sent at least three different times. Then got letter saying my husband did file for unemployment but as of a different year. After receiving that letter i called said hey i know you know your job i am not telling you how to do it but paying attention might help read the whole letter it gave times of unemployment but only saw what they wanted took another two months to get a letter saying my claim was approved but they never paid a dime i am left holding a bill triple the amount i started with. I made four payments my self trying to keep up till they paid i couldn't now i have late payment's past due no use of my card and still getting charged for account secure plus they still want my money but never paid me. I called Orchard told them but they said call account secure plus again how much time must i spend is it worth it. I called the State of New Jersey banking insurance they told me they don not handle this kind of stuff but got me in contact with Lineth McQueen who did nothing but hey call her directly @ 908-203-2796.
