Sent letter saying i won $1,250, 000

This company should be stopped! They had sent a very misleading letter letting me know that i won $1,250, 000 all i had to do was send them $19.99 for the office attendent reporting fee. When i first read the letter, i was immediately shocked and happy. Once i saw that i had to pay a fee, my gut feeling told me that this was a scam. I did my research and read all the rip off reports. Usually if something seems to be too good to be true, it usually is. This company needs to be stopped, i am sure there has been millions of people who fell for this scam and sent the money in, especially with the economic crisis and all of the layoffs happening all over the U.S. I hope that this company is stopped!!
