NPRC Sweepstakes sent a Winner letter and request an initial cost of $19.99 for reporting fees and then they deliver my $1,250, 000.000

I have received from NPRC (National Prize Entry Reporting Center), verifying my address, my Delivery ID #, and initial fee of $19.99 to be sent before delivery can be made to win $1,250, 000. The Letter is very authentic and the envelope is also more official and states on it 'Locate to Deliver'.'Office of Preparation Delivery' 'Important Enclosures contain Typed Papers regarding the Individual Intended now on Record'. No phone or street address either.

Just thought I would type NPRC in my address bar and BOOM here I am!!
